Submit Your Work

Interested in getting your creations featured on dsktps? Awesome! Read on for details on what we’re looking for:

• A brand-new piece (or one that hasn’t been uploaded online yet).
• Your personal touch: There are no themes on the site; you have complete creative control.
• Original work (one that features no copyright or trademarked content).
• A minimum resolution of 2880×2048.

Note: We don’t require that you save your wallpaper at all the resolutions we offer. We can crop them for you. But if you have a vision for how to each resolution should look and would like to save us some time, that’d be great! Just zip them, please.

Here are all the (updated) resolutions we offer: 2880×1800, 2560×1440, 1600×1200, 1080×1920 (Android-M / iPhone 6+ / WP8), 640×960 (iPhone), 640×1136 (iPhone5), 750×1134 (iPhone 6), 480×800 (WP7), 1920×1080 (Android-T), 1024×1024 (iPad), 2048×2048 (iPad Retina).

You may also submit one image at a resolution of 2880×2048 and we’ll be glad to crop it for you.

What We Need

Not every submission will make it on the site. We will notify you if your wallpaper has been selected to let you know when it will be featured on the site.

Along with your submission we also need:

• Your Name
• Title of the submission
• Any artist’s notes (where a photo was shot, the story behind your art piece, programs/gear used, etc.), but these are not required.
• Any links to your personal sites, social, stores, etc.

File-types Accepted: JPG, GIF or PNG. If you are submitting more than one resolution, please zip them up. For file sizes larger than 15mb, please contact us on how to submit.
